Default Strange trans issue

After doing the engine tune hemifever sent me every once in a while my truck will act like it's stuck in second when I go to take off (only after a stop, or near stop) engine will only rev to 1500 so not like slipping, and if I shift to first at a stop it clunks like a downshift. No codes, fluid was changed recently, and is full. I haven't gone back to stock tune yet, just looking to see if anyone else had anything like this. 2005 4.7 4x4 and auto of course

I had that problem with my truck, and it was the connector of the computer, the one that is on the top or the first from left to right, it was loose. so I put a plastic belt around the computer with this connector. Check also the ingntion switch, I read that this switch cause this problem also.

I think what happened is I didn't have to hit the gas as hard and caused a hesitation (bad spot in tps maybe)
