Default Ball joint and inner tierod

I just changed my lower ball joints out. Now my tire shakes any clue why. Also im about to change the inner and outer tierods. Does anyone know the torque the inner tie rod needs to be at.?

If you don't have one already, you should definitely go to a local auto store and pick up a Haynes Manual. Also, there is a sticky on the main page for a download of the factory service manual that is a few thousand pages and has everything under the sun that you could possibly need to look for. But to quickly answer your question... The torque specs for the outer tie rods is 55lbs, I couldn't find anything listed for torque specs for the inner tie rods, but a good rule of thumb would be to use a torque wrench (set around 60lbs) and try to get a feel of how much torque or pressure you apply to break the old ones free and count the number of rotations to remove it. It also begs the question... What makes you suspect that the inner tie rods need replacing? They don't wear out as much or frequently as the outer tie rod ends.

It's not specific to our truck, but here is a link to a good video if you haven't swapped out inner tie rod ends before...

If i remember right....you cant torque the inners? Its not a socket wrench setup. You must use an open ended wrench to remove and install? Been a while since i messed with stock tie rods though so dont quote me.
