Default HVAC question

Ive got my HVAC out, to replace the heater core. What do you guys reccommend I should also change since Ive got the box out and open? I know one item is the evap. core?

Heater Core & Evap Core and you should be good to go.

Any kind of seal on the blend door? Usually a foam seal that rots over the years.

Any and all foam seals while it's out.

Blower motor?

I'd say blower motor or at least try to lube it if at all possible. My blower motor squeaks occasionally at low speed. Very quiet but drives me crazy.
