U1120-Lost wheel distance message
Set condition: the PCM doesn't receive a vehicle speed signal from the anti-lock brake module over the CAN C bus.

Possible causes:
CAN C bus circuit open or shorted
Anti-lock brake module
PCM"

Unhook your battery, and turn the key for 30 seconds. Then reconnect your battery. The CEL may come back again, disconnecting the battery will reset the light.

The CEL lights up because the PCM doesn't receive a vehicle speed signal from the anti-lock brake module over the CAN C bus. It seems a bad battery connection or weak battery sometimes causes this error. It could be a bad ABS module, bad PCM, or a simple one time error. See if it comes back, and if it does, it's best to have it serviced by a mechanic.
