Default vibration

Hey guys.. Haven't had to post for a while, but I am having a problem with a vibration at higher speeds. Had 4 new Hankook Dyna Pro tires put on in May. In the last two weeks I noticed a vibration around 60 to 65. Had them rebalanced and thought they were fine, till I hit the interstate. Truck had a bad shimmy in the whole truck. Checked front end, driveshaft play.. found no problems.
Took it back and they said one rear tire was out of round. Replaced it and again thought everything was good... till I hit the interstate. Had them rebalanced and now it feels like a hopping around 50 to 55.
Any ideas ? Don't know what else it could be, but tires.

Im having the same issue with my 08', just purchased a set of General grabber AT2's and I have a shimmy around the same speed. Currently pulling my hair out trying to figure out whats wrong tires are balanced correctly.

jack up the truck and check each rim for being out of round, most places will not tighten rim correctly and bend them, spin the tire and see if its straight, kind of like a bike rim tire that wobbles when you spin it
