Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone out there has programmed or chipped or whatever the term is their truck. I am looking at ways to get better fuel mileage, more power when towing etc..

Anyone got any input?

 

if you are gonna stay stock with minimal upgrades like air intake and exhaust, superchips is the best bet, but if you wanna go bigger like me and start really tweaking things, go with the sct and get specific email tunes

 

Superchips or SCT. You can't "chip" these trucks. Only tune. You won't really notice any mileage gains though but they do wonders from a bang for the buck performance perspective.

My main concern is for towing and fuel mileage.

I do not plan on putting an exhaust or intake on this, as it is my family vehicle.

 

Forget mileage gains, that ain't gonna happen. It will help with towing for sure.
