Default PCM swap

Hello all, does anyone know how difficult it would be to do a PCM swap from a 2005 dodge ram 1500 into a 2005 Dakota, I got a ram from a friend of mine for cheap because the tranny gave up and he didnt wanna fix it, so I'm debating doing a hemi swap into my Dakota or just selling the ram for parts. I know it's possible to do the swap and run the hemi off the 4.7 PCM.. I have read frenicX's thread and dusty05's but I'm wondering how hard doing the full PCM swap would be. I know it's a huge job but some more detail would be nice and I can't seem to find anything. The Dakota is out of commission because I'm still doing a lift kit install in it, it's just taking waaay longer than I anticipated (I blame oil prices haha) so I figured why not look into doing the hemi swap while I'm at it, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
