I own a 3.7L Quad Cab 4X4 and i am looking for an exhaust. On most of the forums people are saying they are usuing series 40 from flowmaster. Does anyone know of any companies that will be making an exhasut, or headers for the six cylinder? I would like to turn mine into a dual. I can't believe how big one of the mufflers are. I Appreciate any info.

 

Gibson makes exhaust systems for the 2005.....can get it in:

"Split Rear Exhaust" (dual, under the bumper)
"Extreme Dual Exhaust" (dual, exits at the corners)
"Dual Sport Exhaust" (dual pipes in the stock location)
"Swept Side Exhaust" (single pipe in stock location)

Hey thanks a lot for the info. I have one question though, Do you happen to know if the 04 and the 05 Club Cabs are the same underneath the truck? The reason I ask is because it does no list an 05 Club Cab System. Thanks again.

The exhaust system for 2005 Dakotas fit both 3.7 & 4.7 AND Club Cab & Quad Cabs

So the exhaust will fit your Club Cab....the reason being is that they are on the same wheelbase. Just a longer cab & shorter bed on the Quad Cab & a longer bed & shorter cab on the Club Cab.....but the same stuff underneath

Just for confirmation....it says that on Magnaflow's website

 

Oh and also...

Magnaflow is coming out with 2 systems for the 2005 Dakota as well.....
Dual Exhaust (under the bumper)
Single exhaust at the stock location
