Default New Purchase 2005 Quad Cab

Bought my neighbor's truck. 213,000 miles. 4.7l V8

Replaced upper ball joints, front struts (the usual PIA job), rear shocks, one front axle shaft, and plugs. Added Bushwacker flares to cover the standard bed wheel well rust.

Kinda high mileage but looks like it's been taken care of.

Jaded:

My neighbor has a touch of ADD with OCD thrown in. He was always washing it and in the winter had the undercarraige sprayed down to remove the salt. It was also garage kept.

it was dealer maintained, but since he was getting rid of it, delayed doing the needed repairs.

Too bad he bought a new Colorado.

I got it for $3000. The parts with the flares was a tad under $700.00.

He even helped with the repairs.
