Default 05 Dakota Passenger Window won't go up.

The Passenger window on my 2005 Dodge Dakota rolls down but will not go back up. I bought a new motor but it does the same thing. I have checked the voltage on driver and passenger control switches and when the switch is pressed to lower the window there is between 11.5 and 12 volts, however when the switched is pressed to raise the window there is only 10.3 to 10.5 volts. I have checked fuses, regulator, and both control switches and I don't know what else could be causing it.. Any idea?

Lightbulb Switch diagnosis

If you have the service manual, the test for the door switches is on page 8n-64.

Try lubricating the tracks. These trucks are notorious for passenger window problems.

Check your grounds. You may be losing voltage there. My window had a similar problem, and it turned out that through use it collected water in the door and that it screwed up the motor and the grounds.
