I thought about some flares, but the only decent ones I've found were the Bushwackers and I'm not quite sure yet if I want to spend almost $400 on them.

FYI: The OEM 2008 Dakota TRX flares will fit any 2005-2011 Dakota (they're on my truck below), they cost about the same $$ though. They are textured and not paintable.

So, I wasnt really feeling the Kicker speakers. The sound was off and they were lacking low end. I know you wont get much bass from 6.5's anyway, but these were worse than the stock speakers. Ripped them out, returned them and picked up 2 pairs of these instead for the doors and club cab. Putting them in this weekend. I'll also be sound deadening the doors and rear panels as much as possible. I also picked up 12 cans of undercoating. Plan on doing the wheel wells and much of the underbody.

Oh, and also just got these as well....

Black billet window cranks

One day, I'll probably at some point convert the windows to power but for now, these will be ok. After all, this is my "winter beater" (insert air quotes here) so I wont really be opening the windows too much in the frozen tundra of NY over the next 6 months. lol
