I can't speak for the V6, but I know my V8 does not like platinum spark plugs. With that low mileage on it you may want to exercise the 4wd a bit and probably check/change all lubricants. I am not sure if dodge corrected the window issue by 2009, but my 05 has the slow passenger window, doesn't really bother me that much, I just live with it. May want to check into the Takata airbag recall, had mine done last year, easy process and no cost to me.
That's all I have had issues with, well besides my heat now, but I know what that problem is.
Congrats on the truck, and lets see some pics.

the trucks have front end components (sway bar end links, ball joints, tie rods, etc) that can fail sooner then you would expect. replace with the greasable MOOG components and keep them greased and you have no issues.
And for plugs, i agree with the fancy platinum plugs. the normal platinum ones (not double platinum) are ok, but i would still recommend you stick with Copper plugs for power and mileage concerns.
otherwise, have fun with it. it's a great truck. i do miss mine alot and would come back if my confidence in my local dealer would ever climb back to where it was before. If i wait a few more years where warranties are completely a thing of the past, i might think about getting another one. 2008 or above with the V8. i love the upgraded look of the 2008 and higher. With a good set of rubber, you can get this truck nearly everywhere. with even better rubber and a bit more altitude, you can even get it back from nearly everywhere... lol.
