It's finally time to replace the clutch in my crew cab. It is 4x4 and I've done plenty of clutch replacements, but any tips or tricks specific to these?

I am replacing the stock 11" with a heavier 12", mostly due to whining when the clutch is pressed. Figured the larger clutch couldn't hurt. New pilot bearing, throw out, and clutch. I want to help this new clutch last longer than 110,000 miles.
