Default All three brake lights are out. Must be wire?

Both rear and top (3rd) brake lights are out. Ive replaced the stop switch and the turn signal multifuncton switch. All bulbs and fuses are fine. Im guessing a bad wire? How do i find out?

Get a meter and start tracing wires.

Dealership said my TIPM is bad and wants to charge$1100 to replace it. Is that something I can replace myself?
