Replaced the stereo on my '05 Dakota, at least started to. The antenna is Like... Dodge specific! Replacing it is looking to be a major inconvenience. Does anyone know of an adapter that can be had?

All you need is an adapter.

Not Dodge specific actually, but one of several different antenna connector standards that exist in the industry. There are plenty of adapters made. Look at Metra, ADS, Pacific Auto, etc. You can probably find 20 different ones on Amazon

They're usually in stock in the stereo section of your nearest auto parts store too.

As stated earlier, critchfield is a good place to get your part numbers, then from there you can shop Amazon and may find it cheaper. I got all my stuff from Amazon.
Here is what I used.
