2005 Dakota 4.7

My 2005 Dakota needs a new motor. I have a chance to get one from a 2006 Dakota. Will this motor interchange? Thanks.

They're all the same dimensionally, even through 2011. The 2008 and on motor changed internals, fuel system etc. 2005-2007 are all the same.
