Default BODY LIFT BETTER THAN SUSPENSION LIFT?

I have an 05 Club Cab 4X4. I am interested in putting a lift kit on my truck. the only kit i found is a body lift kit, but in the past i have heard mixed reviews about body lifts. I am looking for input so basically what i am trying to say is: Do i get the body kit(which is a lot cheaper than a full suspension lift) or do I wait for a company to make a suspension lift kit?

Body lifts are dumb. Why would you ever raise the body off the frame and cause the truck to be more top heavy. I'd wait for a suspension left, or fine a custom shop, then you can use your lift and not just have the look.

IMHO wait for a suspension lift kit. leveling kit would be ok but body lift is just form, suspension lift is function. Thats what most folks want.

thanks guys thats what im gonna do. I'm gonna wait for
Rancho, Trailmaster, or procomp make a system. the dealer said it would void all of the suspension warranty, but i don't think anything will break. Happy thanksgiving Nick
