Idles high makes load noice before it dies it does when it gets warm so it don't last long. Replaced fuel pump check all wires and connections checked coils. I'm at a stand still. I let a friend fix my horn and it has been doing this since then. Oh I also checked fuses. Plz help now and lights stay on blinkers don't work on passenger side and engine light. Lights will come on with my foot on the break only it's a 95 dodge dekoto

 

What's the battery condition?

So, everything was fine before the friend worked on the horn?
What was done to the horn? Replaced, rewired, fuse. More detail will help here.
Also, how old is the battery, and what do the battery connections look like?
