shifting when coasting

Default shifting when coasting

07 dakota 4.7 when coasting truck up and down shifts when coasting. I thing the TPS is bad, will that cause the shifting. The truck will surge at idle

Surging at idle could be a couple of things, one being the IAC valve sticking or dirty. Possible dirty throttle body. How old and what type of spark plugs are you running? TPS, maybe, but are you willing to just throw parts at it? Could you give us a little more detail.
