Default 3rd gen 07 dodge Dakota 3.7 heater

Hey guys I need a lot of help. The heater in my 07 dodge Dakota was working last year but this year when it got cold and I tried to turn it on, it gets slightly warmer than the air outside. I’ve tried flicking the heater coil and the entire coolant system, didn’t work. Checked all the fuses I could find and all good. The in and out hoses for the heater coil both get hot. And the coil isn’t leaking that I could find. So I was thinking it might be the blend door actuator? But I have no idea how to check it. Any ideas on what’s wrong or things to try would be really appreciated. Thanks
