4x4 Leving Kit Question

I bought a 2.5" leveling kit from rough country. Is it safe to install on an 05 Dakota with 4x4? I don't want to destroy my front end.

It will still cause components to wear out sooner. Not as soon as if you went 3". Just be prepared. I went 2" and popped a CV boot within 500 miles.

My advice would be don’t do it. Too much. Return it. Go less. 1.5”, 2” max. My experience has been CV joints runlife will be signicantly shortened and ride quality was terrible.
