So obvoiusly this is just a mock up... just looking for thoughts/opinions. I thought about making the actual "grill guard" part a little shorter, and I'd like to put light bar in the middle but aside from that... what could I or would you do different?

 

That looks pretty good, it's good to see some fab work being done. I would suggest using 3" tubing, that is if you are indeed using tubing.
