I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota The problems are Cannot switch into 4 wheel high 4 wheel low without turning the truck off selecting the 4 wheel position I want and re starting it. Also the wipers run all the time have to pull fuse to stop them. The Shop I took it to states I need a Central Timer Module and they could not do it because they don't have the tools to flash it when installed. Called Dodge shop they said the module #5114189AA is no longer available and it is a plug and play no flash needed.Problem now is where can I get the module any advise will be appreciated.
