Default Tires question

This Dakota has some odd ball sized tires on it. Odd size for around my area anyways. They are 265/65R17.
My question is I can put the standard tire size on it or what issues to consider. The standard here is 265/70R17.
There is barely 1" difference in overall tire diameter. 31" vs 32"

"Go for it" or "all stop"?

The 265/65-17 will be 30.563" diameter and the 265/70-17 will be 31.606" diameter so the 65s will be about 1" lower in height effectively lowering the final drive ratio.
