I'm looking to add a CarPlay compatible radio to my '05. I searched here but didn't find many years.
Currently I'm looking at the Alpine iLX-107.
Is there a replacement bezel available to hide the cutouts for the old **** locations?
Any other suggestions?

I've got an aftermarket faceplate that covers the cutouts up. It also gets kind of close to my a/c controls. Not perfect, but is good enough. If you search, there are guys that built or bought custom bezels on here.
