Default U0100 U0101 U1414 U1415 Lost Communication PCM ECU

2006 Dakota 4.7 4x4 545rfe 145k.

I have U0100 U0101 U1414 U1415
U0100 is lost communication with PCM
U0101 is lost communication with TCM
U1414 Implausible/missing ECU network configuration data
U1415 implausible/ missing vehicle configuration data
The truck is not recognizing any of the modules. Only thing I did was unhook battery and changed transmission fluid and filter to fix an unrelated issue.

My basic scanner was unable to connect through the OBD port; it would state connection error.
I have a maxi Elite that was able to pull the U0100 and U0101 from the gateway (CAN BUS?) or some higher system where all the modules and computers connect.

Truck still starts and runs. Trans is in limp mode and I get a bunch of lights on the dash.

Things Iv tried-
-Disconnect battery for a few hours and cleaned terminals
-Reset PCM and gateway with the Maxi elite ( I also checked VIN in all modules and they match the vehicle)
-checked fuses under hood

Things Iv read online possible solutions-
-Dealer reset/reprogram
-Ignition switch
-TIPM

Any ideas?

Sounds like you have a communication Bus issue. Google CAN bus diagnosis, there are several good sites out there. CAN bus is a J protocol so it is standardized and can be diagnosed the same across platforms.

I unhooked the battery overnight and removed and reinstalled the TIPM.
Truck started fine only had an O2 sensor code. Drive it around and it was shifting and acting normal.
After shut down and restart it went into limp mode and through the lost communication codes again.

Unhooked the battery for about 10 min no change. I'll leave it over night again and see what happens.
