We recently in May purchased a CPO Dodge Durango. Bought it brought it home used liftgate several times. One time went to open it and it would not go up. I went to front seat and flashers were on and it had a phrase liftgate obstruction, so I got out and was headed to back of vehicle when all of a sudden it went off breaking three of the plastic holders on the spoiler. Chrysler says it could not have happened that way and the struts are not strong enough to break that off. I am now facing a $904 Bill they will not back it I even appealed the decision. Has anyone else had this problem?

Chrysler dealer says this is not a factory defect we must have done something. There are absolutely no dents, scratches ,dimples nothing except right where it hits top of spoiler. I dont know what else to do
