Default Abs and Brake Light

2006 Dodge Dakota SLT V8 174,000 Miles. Its only happened twice but at random moments and not for very long. But the ABS Light and the Brake light will come on at the same time along with a little beep sound. I just want to know what this entails. Obviously something with the braking system but what specifically?

Probably a speed sensor, but you'll need an advanced code reader to find out what the cause of the error code is.

I just heard the beep this morning, and the same two lights were on in my truck.
They would disappear as I drove, but reappeared when stopped at a red light.

Now I'll just have to figure out if there is a leak of some sort.

As the pads wear the fluid drops. It as simple as that.

I did have a leak, from the line running from the Master Cylinder to the junction box.
The leak was right near the junction box.

Hey guys. I'm having the same issue except that my lights are always on. Happened 2 weeks ago after I changed the Master brake cylinder. Brakes are all working fine and I'm not getting any codes(unless my reader doesn't read that module). I've double checked the fluid levels and I did bleed the line after replacing the cylinder. Everything I've read online says its a speed sensor but I'm leaning toward something to do with my replacing the cylinder since they weren't on until that was replaced. Any thoughts?

2006 Dodge Dakota SLT V8 177k miles.

Thanks.
