Check the HVAC doors under the dash. Or disconnected ducting.

Park in a garage that gets any mice in it? My Mom's garage isn't well sealed and gets mice from time to time. She had a Chevy Cavalier that pumped out heat on one side but not the other. Over the course of a couple days a couple mice decided to move in and clogged the one side with cloth like fibers. Didn't realize that was the issue at first until I changed the cabin filter and found it chewed up...had to use a coat hanger to get up in there and get it all out as the nest was relatively deep in the vents. Little mice bastards built it in just a couple days and I was surprised there wasn't a smell or anything.

shop I took it to says the heater core is plugged. have been running heavy duty cleaner in the cooling system for three weeks now. will see what comes out when they flush it next week, the shop said it was a common problem in jeep/Chrysler/dodge vehicles, something to do with poor coolant flow and sediment will settle there. my question is if the cooling system is working properly and maintained there should be no sediment. just a thought. if it was a common problem, more people on this forum would have these problems. there are many problems like this in the jeep and ram forums

I work with a guy that had this issue with his '05 Ram. The shop told him it was because he mixed plain green coolant with the mopar stuff causing it to gel.
