Front lower Ball Joints. Just went out anyone has any recommendation on a better than the stock product? I don't want to touch them for 100,000 miles. I town a camper

Ball joints really are not a high quality vs low quality type part when it comes to general purpose vehicle like the Dakota. Pick your favourite local autocrats store and pickup whatever they have in stock that satisfies your price point. The only decision you need to make is greaseless or with grease nipple.
