Main bearing endcap problem won't go away.

Main bearing endcap problem won't go away.
I just got my 09 Dakota 4.7 out of shop. Brought it on 03/22 for Endcap bering cylinder #4 was deteriated. That messed up valves, camshaft, cylinder head, piston rod. They replaced:
TAPPET VA 8
CAMSHAFT 1
ARM VALVE 8
SEAL INTA 8
GASKET CH 1
HEAD CYLINDER 1
CHAIN ENG 1
Check engine light, lit up on the way home.
P0152, P2096, P1129
I have looked up codes. I would like to have an idea of what the problem is, before I take it back to dealership, since it took them a month to "fix it" again.
