Reattaching Fender Wells

I had to install a new manifold a few months ago. What are some techniques that you guys have used to reattach fender wells? I have 4 bolts in for temp, but need to do a more permanent fix. Looking for ideas.

I used those plastic rivets and hand riveter. Worked good
