Default LED Headlights

I want to put LED headlights into my 06 Dakota, do I need the Anti Flicker attachments?

It's not worth it, your headlight assembly is not designed for LED bulbs. Plus, I sure as hell don't need another blob of a headlight blinding me out on the road. Put LEDs anywhere else on your truck, but skip the headlights.

Thank for passing on "your preferences" but was actually asking about what I need to convert to LED headlights. All is good though, I got my answer elsewhere and installing end of week! Thanks for your response.

Didn't think visibility on our trucks was so bad as to merit LEDs. I just clean the lenses and am good to go.

Hope you aren't in Calgary.

Good luck.

Since you have a 2006, you could get the headlight replacement units that install projectors. They probably have the resisters already built-in. And, they have the added advantage of being able to aim them better than you do when installing an LED bulb assembly into the OEM reflector.

so yeah why don't you guys know how to adjust your Dakota LED headlights? There's two screws, one that will swivel the light up one that was full of light down. So not sure why all the hate for LED light bulbs. It's not the LED light bulbs fault it's the idiots driving trucks that don't know what they're doing fault!

I am pretty sure the gentleman was just asking if anybody knew of a brand of bulb that didn't flicker or if he needed to put in resistors to prevent it. Geez you keyboard Warriors are not sometimes aren't you LOL
