07 4.7ho pesky check engine light.

Check engine light, all 4 o2 sensors running code. So I sarted having 02 sensor codes a while back. I went ahead and put in a new cat. Conv. With all new mopar 02 sensors. After a few weeks, codes started popping up again. Not all 4 at the same time but at various times all 4 threw code.
Changed crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor. Tps and Maf sensor replaced. I can reset computer, it will keep light off a few days.
The light comes back on the highway, when it does come back on.
Also there is periodic hard start regardless of engine temp.
Recently started having belt like squeaking ( only at a slow pace/ frequency) when cold. I suspect idler pulley there but not to wortied sbout that at the time.
What else can I look at?
