Default P0734

Hey yall, 05 Dakota here with the 545rfe transmission. I changed my solenoid and serviced my trans recently. Then a few days ago it started shifting hard when i got on the gas. Threw codes P0734($ gear ratio error). So, I put a scanner on it, CVI looks perfect, took out the input and output speed sensors to clean them and their connector. Shifts a little better, anyone had a similar problem/remedy for the issue? Thanks in advance. When I did the solenoid, the common fail points such as the accumulator cover plate looked fine. Maybe it could be wiring related?

The typical reason for P0734 is a bad OD clutch (either the clutch discs are burned, or one of the piston seals is cut or damaged, resulting in a leak, resulting in reduced capacity). which means you probably damaged something during the fluid and filter change.
