Stuck in second gear
The fluid is full, the tranny will not shift out of second, and the shift solenoid relay has no power coming to it at all.
I should have explained in more detail, but the shifter works properly, and I have reverse. When I disconnect the battery for more than 12 hours, the check engine light comes back on almost as soon as I put the truck in gear.
