Default Rear Shock torque spec

Hello, I've got an '05 Dakota, RWD and I'm replacing my rear shocks. Does anyone know the torque specs for the shock bolts? I keep seeing 100 foot pounds for both top and bottom for the 05 RWD ram 1500, and I'm gonna assume it's pretty similar if no one knows the true torque for the Dakota. But if anyone knows the correct spec, let me know please. Trying to get on this project while I've got some free time after work.

Did you check the service manual? You can download it for free from the sticky.

Could you post the download link here? I don't have a service manual.

Nevermind my last response. I found the download after a few minutes on Google. I can't believe it didn't cross my mind to just search for the whole manual. It called for 75 lbs. They're already installed at 100 because, as I mentioned, I was fitting the repair into some time I had already set aside after work. It shouldn't be too big of an issue, do you think?

Did you check inside the box? I replaced some front end parts recently and in the box was a paper with the torque specs. First time I had seen that.

I did check the box. Unfortunately it didn't have that document with the rear shocks I bought. I expected it to though because when I did my front end, my struts came with all the paperwork I could've hoped for. But it's all good. I found an online service manual. For future reference, it calls for 75 lbs.
