Default Dakota Headlight Switch

My ‘08 Dodge Dakota’s headlight switch will not turn on or off my dog lights and headlights. My daytime running lights are always on but on the same panel my cargo lighting works. Is it a wiring problem or do I need to get a whole new headlight switch?

No, the fuses are in a box next to the battery. Pull the owner's manual. It will walk you through the numbers for each fuse and what system they correspond to.

Pages 391-396 of my owner's manual.

Check fuses 32 & 34. It could be the fuse, wiring, switch, or possibly the FCM.
