so my rack and pinion was blown out leaking like crazy so I replaced it then bled the system but my power steering is not making any loud noises anymore and fliud is toped off not leaking anywhere but now the steering is super stiff like I almost don't have any power steering any suggestions?

 

Is the belt tight?

 

did you make sure the correct hoses go to the correct ports? you didn't mix them up?

and as jkeaton asked, is the belt tight? is the pump being turned by the engine.

 

Fluid topped off... but is it clean? One of the most common killers of power steering systems is dirty fluid.
