Here's a list of what I have done;
Cleaned all connections to battery, all grounds, FCM, ECM/TCM/PCM
Replaced ignition switch
Replaced battery
Replaced Front Control Module

What's left?
Integrated Power Module (I only changed the FCM, not the fuse/relay box (I don't see how one flaky relay would cause all of these codes)
Powertrain Control Module
Wiring harness

?
The diagram of the CAN-bus from the FCM shows 3 major paths:

CAN-C Bus:
-ABS
-PCM/TCM

CAN-C Diagnostic:
-Data Link Connector

CAN-B Bus:
-Other miscellaneous electrical systems

All of the codes you're reporting above seem to be specific and isolated to the CAN-C bus, and indicating a loss of data connection between the FCM/ABS and FCM/PCM-TCM. The actual wires that connect all 3 are a twisted pair: CAN-C Bus Positive (from the FCM, which then splits to the ABS and PCM-TCM) is all a White/Light Green wire, and CAN-C Bus Negative (from the FCM, which then splits to the ABS and PCM-TCM) is all a White/Light Blue wire. Are you able to confirm continuity and/or check for damage along those 2 wires of the twisted pair?

I checked the wiring diagrams and established the following;
1.The Can-C wires (white/light green and white/light blue) exit the FCM on FCM Connector C1
2.The Can-C wires for the Powertrain Control Module diverge from the FCM C1 bundle and pass through Connector C101 before rejoining the bundle to show up on the Powertrain C1 connector.
3. I unplugged C101 and Powertrain C1 and checked continuity of the two wires through the harness. Both were less than 0.5 ohms between connectors and neither was grounded.

Note 1. I don't remember cleaning C101, as it was listed as a Headlight/Dash connector. I did clean it today.
Note 2. I have an electronic FSM for 2005 and a paper copy of the FSM for 2007. Mine is a 2006, but in both FSM's it shows C100/C101 attached to the bottom of the battery box. My battery box has two holes for clips in that location, but C100/C101 are clipped to the side of the FCM/IPM enclosure.

After cleaning and checking everything, the only code I had was one from the TCM indicating the battery had been disconnected. I cleared it and drove around the subdivision.

My next steps will be based on a combination of cost and difficulty;
1. Replace the Integrated Power Module/Fuse box. I'm basing this on the fact I have also seen codes for the Sentry Key Module and the Occupant Restraint Module at least once in this circus and they're on Can-B. I've also observed one occasion when the Dash light gear indication didn't respond to me shifting gears.
2. Pull the engine wiring harness and do a wire by wire inspection.
