Default Electric how worried?

I have a 06 Dakota, 4.7 L i bought last month. 140K. I drive just once a week usually bad weather days. Driving today to store today was fine but on the ride home radio shuts off, then back on. seems random but i also notice the odometer flickering ever so slightly. Parked, started again and everything was fine, odometer seemed bright. then another trip and the original issue occurred again. Odometer flickers a little and radio off / then on again.

Ideas on where to look? loose cable somewhere? My buddy is nervous the "PCM board" is shot. How worried should i be on a highway?

our Nitro started doing that, we had a bad cell in our battery, take the battery somewhere and have them check it, start with the simplest first and go from there.

Good advice, "start simple" So i took it for a drive pulled back into driveway and boom! entire truck shut down. Charged battery and got it going again. now to keep an eye on the battery. maybe replace that first, then see if alternator was / is the issue.

I bought some marine terminals at Autozone that work well for changing old corroded terminals out.
