Fog lights on 06 Dakota ST
I have a 06 Dakota ST which is bone stock. I bought oem fog lights and harness, head light switch, and cut the bumper for the fog lights. My problem is, I cant find the connector that the fog light harness connects to. Do I have to splice into the wire harness in the fuse box? Please help.
You can't find the connector cuz there isn't one. If the truck didn't ship that way, you won't get OEM results by simply cutting holes and duct taping some lights in. Fog lights have their own relay on the IPM, so you won't be able to simply plug and play. Not sure what kind of answer you were expecting.
The wiring is not there, your headlight switch will not operate them, and the fog light feature needs to be activated on your truck with a dealer Starscan tool. So you're pretty much better off running all new wiring, and either adding a switch inside, or tying in to your parking lamps wiring to turn on the fog lights.
Would still need to run wires in looms that are already there (a major PITA of a task), and then reprogram the FCM and hook everything up to the IPM (another PITA) - sure anything is possible, but in this case, it just isn't practical. Don't believe me? Take it to a dealership and ask. They can probably do it, but it will no doubt cost a ton.
Modern vehicles, especially our Dakotas, are electric nightmares. Everything somehow involves a computer instead of simple on/off type systems. I'm still chasing down some annoying wiring issues after installing a double din stereo in the truck. Good for you for taking on a project, but you need to understand it won't be "plug-n-play".

There was a 'Kit' that Dodge sold that would contain all of the parts to add the fog lights, that was a long time ago though. Of course the dealer would have to activate the fog light feature to function properly.
