Default Delay wipers

I have a 2007 Dodge dakota. The delay wipers will not work. Does the front control module FCM regulate the speed of the wipers? Thanks for your help.

You sure it's not the switch?

Yes. I changed the switch. I was reading in the service manual that the power from the switch goes through the FCW forward control module and then to the wiper motor. I think the FCM is by the battery. I've never seen an FCM.

I'm guessing that we have the same, or extremely similar wiper motor as the Ram does. The delay wipers not working is a very common issue, and there is a fix. Read the thread below, you may need to scroll up to the top of the thread.
