po891 and po700 I know they are tranny related what are causes

P0700 is a generic transmission MIL.

P0891 is Transmission Relays Always On

Listed causes are the Transmission Control Relay Control Circuit short to voltage
Transmission Control Relay Output circuit short to voltage
Transmission Control Relay
Transmission Solenoid
PCM

There are links to the service manual on this site. Get a manual and get diagnosing.

You can get the link to the Service Manual below, above my picture.

Check Fuse #15.

Maybe it's another wiring issue, like you've had before.
