Hi there need some help please.got a code saying misfire/fuel in cylinder 5..change spark plugs and coil pack and fuel injectors.still runs ruff and check engine light comes on and say the same thing..what else could it be.wire harness looks good..its 06 Dakota slt 3.7...thank you

 

leaky head gasket, or even sucked a valve, pull valve cover and see if a rocker is sitting in the valve train.
