Default Camshaft Spec? Found a H.O camshaft!

I've already replaced my lifters so I have confidence I can swap my cams and have finally found a decent opportunity to swap to the H.O cams. I've got a 2005 4.7L non H.O and found some H.O cams from a 2003 Grand Cherokee Overland H.O edition. According to the seller he says they should fit. When I asked for the measurements to see how worn they were he said base circle diameter is 1.73, nose to heel is 1.98 on the intake and 1.96 on the exhaust. My issue is I don't know the the rocker arm ratio or whatever you wanna call it. From what I read online 1.6? If this the case than
1.98-1.73=.25 times the ratio 1.6 and you get 0.4 which is .072 away from the original H.O intake spec? Is that too much? Is my math wrong? Also if this works out anything else I need to do?
