Dash lights dimming

Default Dash lights dimming

I just replaced my alternator and my dash lights are still dimming, does anyone know of any sensors or issues other than the alternator than can cause this I have a 2011 dodge Dakota larime 4x4 with the 4.7 v8

What’s the voltage out of the alternator? Why did you replace it?

I never tested the alternator I replaced it because the bearings were shot and I could hear them going, going to get it tested tomorrow hopefully

You might get your battery tested while you get the alternator tested, just to be sure.

Dimmer roller switch wearing out, replace the switch/panel?

Just did the same for our dining room chandelier...Lights were flickering/not going to full-bright (but all lights were acting identically to eachother), replaced the dimmer switch on the wall and it worked fine again.
