Default Hunting Idle

Hi, my 2006 Dakota 4.7 83,000 miles has had a hunting idle problem for a while. Mostly at cold start/warm up, but will still do it warmed up when I stop and put in park. I replaced the IAC motor, and no change. A service garage replaced the map sensor, the idle was normal for about 3-5 days then the problem returned. I took it back in and they replaced the pcv valve and cleaned oil off the new map sensor. The idle was normal 3-5 days then the problem returned. I took it to the dealer and they said the saw nothing so fixed nothing, and charged me $160. But when I picked it up from them the idle was normal for about 5 days, then the problem returned. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance for any info.

How did oil get on map sensor? Maybe see if that factors it Are the sensors OEM? These trucks hate off brand sensors.
Were there ever any codes?

Hi, not sure how oil got on the map sensor, that's what the service garage told me. Also not sure if the map sensor they put in was OEM. And there's never been any codes.

Was the IAC OEM?
Monitor the map sensor.,oil can cause it to not function correctly an if its not OEM that can effect it also
If you have a obdII tester check the readings on idle ,MAP ,an TPS,along with fuel readings
