New to the group so might be the wrong place...I have a 2008 Dakota Laramie 4.7 with 129k on the dash. The oil light comes on random at start (sometimes doesn't come on at all during a 30 min+ drive). Oil temp always below the 1/2 point on the gauge. Runs fantastic and never been hot. Seems likes a oil pressure switch issues to me. Think I'm right? If so, is it worth messing with?

Oil pressure sender. But, put a mechanical gauge on to verify.
