Default Help!!!

I bought a 2008 SXT Dakota with only 16216 miles. The engine had been hydro locked and it needed a new engine. I ordered a rebuild from a reputable company and a new intake manifold. I installed the engine with no real issues. I did replace the cam postion sensor, crank shaft position sensor all new plugs and coils. The engine started but ran rough it was presenting with a P0344,P0300 codes. I bought and installed all new coils and ended up changing the cam and crank sensors twice(just to make sure this wasnt the problem.
I also followed the wiring and did not find any breaks. I did test the cam senor and found it was feeding 5 volts on two of the wires i then unpluged all the sensors on the engine but the 5volts kept feeding on both wires until I unplugged the PCM.
I ordered a new PCM and installed, the engine fired up but would not run it did this about three times then wouldn't crank at all. I got the SKEM code and programed the PCM i received feed back that the PCM did receive the pin. but the truck will still not crank, i then plugged in the old PCM and she fired up but still with the P0344.

please tell me what Iam missing?
